All prices in our online shop are indicated with 21% VAT included. Orders are accepted both from natural persons and from companies.
PAYMENT TERMS:
At the moment we accept payments via bank transfer.
MAKING AN ORDER:
1. Upon making an order in our online shop, automatic confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. DO NOT make a payment based on the confirmation prior to receiving a second confirmation/invoice from KINGOFSPADES.LV!
2. As soon as reasonably possible (but no later than the next working day) an invoice will be sent to you for payment. This invoice is valid for 2 working days, the same goes for reserving the items ordered. If the payment is not received during 2 working days – the invoice is automatically annulled and the reserved items are released.
We will never send you an invoice without making sure all items ordered are available!
DELIVERY TIME
1. Delivery of items ordered to Riga is made no later than within 5 working days (usually the next working day – if the ordered goods are in our Latvia stock) after receiving the payment.
2. For orders delivered via mail or a courier within the territory of Latvia and to other countries, we guarantee delivery of orders to the direct carrier no later than within 3 working days (usually during the next working day) after receiving the payment. Further delivery times depend on the carrier chosen, but usually do not exceed 2 working days for deliveries within Latvia.
DELIVERY COSTS
1. Door-to-door delivery by courier (Latvia only)
1.1 Door-to-door delivery by a courier in Riga is free, if the final amount of the order exceeds EUR 100 (for smaller orders the delivery costs EUR 5).
2. Delivery by mail (Latvia only)
2.1. Delivery by mail (made by the courrier “Latvijas pasts”) throughout the whole territory of Latvia is free of charge, if the final amount of the order exceeds EUR 69.99. For smaller orders the delivery costs – according to “Latvijas pasts” tariff.
3. Collecting order at our shop-warehouse.
3.1. To save the delivery costs, You can collect the ordered goods at our shop-warehouse at Daugavgrivas Street 31 D.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns within fourteen (14) days from moment of delivery
According legislation of European Union you have rights to return any goods ordered online within fourteen (14) days from moment of delivery. In that case we will fully refund amount you have paid to us including original delivery costs. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days. We will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Returned goods need to be in their original packaging in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Returns of faulty goods& warranty exchange
Products are covered by two years of limited warranty according legislation of European Union. Warranty does not apply to any mechanical damages done by customer or damages caused by usage of goods in inappropriate conditions with violation of usage rules set by manufacturer.

By making an order you are confirming that you have read and understood our terms of sale, delivery, etc., and that you are aware of the statutory rights and obligations of the vendor and the client. All disputes and conflicts shall be resolved in writing only in line with the procedures stipulated in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
